Acceptance of Terms
You are entering into these Terms and Conditions by contracting our Services. We can edit or repair them on our own will and without prior notice. bondcleaningGoldCoast will post all the amendments on its site. This makes the customers make regular visits to this page in order to get updates.
Interpretation
- Customer / You- any person or any organisation that purchases the Services of the Company.
- We/ Us/ Company- the company in which the service will be offered or approved contractors, on behalf of the company.
- Service / Services- any act, or package as envisaged by the Customer.
- Subcontractors Contracted cleaner/Cleaners- workers.
- Heavy Soiled- there is too much dirt or dust or grime there than at home.
- Managing Agent- an agent who is in charge of the management of tenancies.
- Premises- property needs cleaning.
- Vacate Standards- quality of cleanliness in the requirements of the Managing Agent in the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008.
- Reasonable endeavours- best efforts that are applied under the prevailing existing conditions.
General Provisions
The Terms specify the provisions of all the agreements between the Customer and the Company, and in the case of any other disagreements or agreements.
Conduct and Behaviour
We would have our will to treat our employees respectfully. There will be no harassment, threats, intimidation, use of offensive words, racism or defamatory words. In case this occurs, we will be at liberty to cancel Services with no money refund, and we will have the right to sue.
Inclusions and Exclusions

Pricing and Quotes
- The prices depend upon the average size of the estate and the average standards.

Same-day Rescheduling costs $70. They can also secure all the booking value as security.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Frequent cancellation on reservation: $50 administration charge.
- Less than 72 hours before the date of the job cancellation: a fee of 100 is taken.
- It will be fined 200 in a period that does not exceed 24 hours.
- There will also be charges related to cancellation because of safety reasons, risky weather, or access.
- We are able to re-book or cancel the booking should the conditions of the property not be as given or in case of unexpected circumstances.
Payments
- It will have to be fully paid in advance before any commencement unless otherwise written.
- It will be held with good credit card information. Minimum $50 deposit applies.
- Remittance will be forced to be effected by the use of bank transfers. Approval of grants within three business days.
- The balances to be remitted within a month will entail 250 and 5 per cent of the value of the invoice per month.
- The Customer will be required to incur extra recuperation costs, including legal costs.
- The chargeback payments or dishonoured are charged at 25 per cent and interest. Recovery agents are contracted in case there is a need.
- In an agency order or government order, a work order should be in charge of payment.
Claims and Complaints
- Damage or bad performance cases should be recorded in the 24 hrs following the completion of the case.
- Before the third parties are involved, customers must allow inspection.
- Liquidity will not be liable to old fixtures that have not been maintained or lowly broken.
- The indirect losses that are not covered are the lost bond or rent. We accept complaints sent to us through email.

- We will determine and implement the solutions in time and document the quality improvement outcome. Parties can also file their complaints with the given consumer protection authority in case of any unresolved issues.
